The simple rules for using ARV Connect & Grow. Please read them before you create an account.
1. About these terms
By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and confirm your email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
3. Free and Premium plans
Free accounts include 5 tips in every lesson. Premium plans unlock all 40 tips in every lesson, with audio. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. The price, billing period and next payment date are shown before you pay, and you can cancel from your account page. Refund rules are shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or share Premium content, attempt to bypass access limits, harass other people, post unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with the site or its security.
5. Meet People
If you use our member meeting features, extra safety and community rules apply. You must be 18 or older and use your own real information. We may remove accounts that break these rules.
6. Our content
The lessons, text, audio and design belong to ARV Connect & Grow or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning. Book titles mentioned in lessons belong to their authors and are listed only as suggestions for further reading.
7. Learning, not professional advice
Our lessons are general educational tips for building conversation skills. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice. If you are struggling with anxiety or your wellbeing, please speak with a qualified professional.
8. Liability
We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes and ending your account
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you before it applies. You can stop using the site and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
